You’ll own the sales process from qualification to contract, building scopes and detailed estimates that meet company standards. Base pay is $75,000/year with uncapped commission and a total compensation goal of $100,000/year or more, reflecting a strong book-of-business growth

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience developing scopes, estimates, proposals, or project pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and estimating/CRM software.

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers and partners.
• Prospect for new business and identify sales opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of current and future opportunities.
• Meet with customers to understand needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare detailed HVAC estimates and professional proposals.
• Present solutions and close commercial HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams.
