The role requires advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and installation skills across commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

The ideal candidate will work independently or with a team, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a fast-growing contractor with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional HVAC/R and boiler service.
• Strong proficiency in combustion analysis, control logic, hydronic system design, and steam principles.
• Valid EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Solid understanding of BAS/BMS and control integration
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently or as part of a technical team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Commercial Refrigeration Systems, Rack Refrigeration, & Glycol Chiller Systems.
• Perform installations, startups, and retrofits of commercial/industrial HVAC and boiler equipment
• Troubleshoot and service HVAC/R systems, including DX systems, chillers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, BMS/BAS controls, and related components
• Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, control wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
• Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety regulations, and internal quality standards
• Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company protocols
