Qualifikationen

• Comfortable working in occupied commercial facilities and reading wiring diagrams/schematics.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues; service pumps, boilers, hydronic systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer docs to identify failures and parts.
• Communicate findings professionally with customers, project managers, and facility personnel.
