Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial project management experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience required.
• Experience estimating commercial HVAC projects from blueprints to award.
• Knowledge of RFIs, change orders, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong budgeting, labor planning, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects from drawings and specs.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and manpower plans.
• Coordinate projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Review RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
