GH Engage is a fast-growing mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale commercial work, seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction PM experience.
• Strong background with a commercial mechanical contractor.
• Knowledge of budgeting, job costing, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience managing field labor, subcontractors and procurement.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, contracts and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Take ownership of project budgets, schedules, quality, safety and profitability.
• Review contracts, estimates, drawings and specifications to establish project scope.
• Monitor job costs, forecasts, labor productivity and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, procurement and equipment releases.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, clients, vendors and internal departments.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management.
• Build lasting relationships with general contractors, owners and project partners.
