Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage major HVAC installations and retrofits. This role will oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading field teams and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial construction project management experience, particularly in HVAC.
• Ability to professionally resolve RFIs, change orders, and field issues.
• Experience managing project schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans including scope and budgets.
• Provide daily leadership to project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure project execution.
• Track progress and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits for installation verification.
