Engineering Excellence is seeking a seasoned HVAC installation lead to oversee commercial projects in the United States. You will install equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, mentor junior technicians, and help establish best practices that drive project success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HVAC installation or service.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per company standards and manufacturer specs.
• Lead installation verification and start-up of systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote best practices.
• Ensure paperwork is completed neatly and timely.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools in good condition.
