Job summary

Engineering Excellence in the United States is seeking an HVAC installer to support commercial installation projects with greater independence. You will coordinate materials and job site logistics, assist with measurements and inspections, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must possess all valid licenses or certifications as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in HVAC fundamentals and operational functionality of HVAC equipment.
• Advanced skills at installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment and related accessories.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories under supervision, per company requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as needed.
• Perform start-ups on HVAC systems and related components.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company property in good condition and quantity.
• Complete paperwork neatly and on time; collect payments when required.
• Assist with site supervision, planning, and estimating.
• Train other installers in technical skills and procedures.
