Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial Construction Manager.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, and related equipment.
• Experience with large MEP projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial process projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost control.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Translate project scope, schedules, and technical requirements into clear direction for field leadership and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project financials, including scopes of work, schedules of values, labor budgets, and cost tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical, schedule, or cost challenges as they arise.
• Uphold company safety and quality standards on every project and jobsite.
