Job summary

Sprague Resources GP LLC in the New York metropolitan area seeks an experienced Service Technician with five years of heating equipment service. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service gas and oil burner systems at customer sites across the NY metro area.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing #2 and #4 oil burners.
• Commercial/industrial heating installation expertise.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Adjust and tune equipment for efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and navigation in NY area.
• Willing to obtain TWIC and overtime/weekend availability.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Local 32BJ union benefits (retirement, health insurance).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and service gas and oil burner equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out controls, piping and wiring work.
• Cover locations across the New York Metropolitan area.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
