Job summary

Miller Glass Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout, guiding planning, procurement, fabrication coordination, and installation sequencing while ensuring safety and on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate with general contractors, owners, and vendors, review submittals, manage schedules, and maintain high quality standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in commercial construction PM; glazing/façade experience required.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Interpret drawings, specs, elevations, and submittals for material takeoffs and POs.
• Strong knowledge of glazing systems and hardware coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling, procurement logs, submittal schedules, and installation plans.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, warranties, and closeout records.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor coordination, and logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for general contractors, owners, architects and vendors.
• Coordinate field activities and ensure quality control per plans and standards.
• Oversee billing, pay applications, and coordinate with accounting.
