Looking for a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M+
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects,
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
• Review shop drawings, submittals, material takeoffs, and contract documents
• Coordinate field crews, installation schedules, and resolve site issues proactively
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
• Work closely with estimators, engineers, and operations to transition awarded projects into execution

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in commercial glazing, curtainwall, or exterior façade systems
• Strong knowledge of glass and aluminum systems, including storefront, curtainwall, and unitized systems
• Reading blueprints, architectural plans, and technical shop drawings
