Qualifications

• Considerable experience in maintenance and repair of commercial food service equipment.
• Education/training in food service equipment repair, electronics, and refrigeration/electrical repair.
• Ability to operate and analyze information from testing equipment.
• Working knowledge of computers to submit and close work orders.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and repairs over 400 pieces of commercial food service equipment.
• Uses wiring diagrams, blueprints, manufacturer specs, tools, meters and welding equipment for diagnosis and repair.
