Midwest Floor Covering, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks a Commercial Flooring Project Manager to lead multi-site flooring projects from estimate through completion.

You will own schedules, coordinate with general contractors, customers, suppliers, and installation crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial flooring experience, hands-on Measure Square proficiency, and the ability to read plans and specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial flooring projects.
• Hands-on experience with Measure Square is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating material procurement, installers, schedules, and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee commercial flooring projects from turnover to final completion.
• Coordinate with general contractors, customers, suppliers, and crews.
• Review drawings, specs, and project requirements to select materials and methods.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and monitor costs and profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
