Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to partner with Sales and Marketing, owning the commercial P&L narrative and driving pricing discipline. You will build margin visibility, manage trade spend, and align finance with sales, marketing, innovation, and supply chain.

Qualifications

Comfort presenting financial trade-offs to senior leadership.

Requirements

Experience as the go-to finance partner for Sales and Marketing
8+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, revenue management, or sales/trade finance, ideally in CPG or food & beverage
Ownership of a commercial or top-line forecast, including AOP, rolling forecast, or customer-level volume and net revenue planning
Direct experience with trade spend, pricing/revenue growth management, and customer or channel profitability
Track record of building pricing architecture, promo ROI frameworks, or customer profitability models
Comfort presenting financial trade-offs directly to senior leadership
Experience acting as the finance partner to Innovation
Experience managing or developing a direct report
Breadth across grocery, mass, club, natural, e-commerce, and DTC retail channels
Familiarity with NetSuite, Confido, or related systems
Experience using AI to automate recurring reporting and accelerate model builds
Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment
