Leola Construction seeks a seasoned Commercial Field Superintendent to lead field operations across Hillsborough County and surrounding areas. You will oversee concrete, masonry, and framing crews, ensure on-time progress, and uphold code compliance on commercial projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality control, and strong leadership to coordinate trades, manage materials, and report progress to the Commercial Project Manager in Tampa Bay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or Lead Foreman.
• Deep technical knowledge of commercial masonry and framing.
• Experience supervising structural phases for ground-up commercial builds.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering plans and shop drawings.
• Firm but professional leadership with strong conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily field operations, leading internal crews and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
• Maintain the master project schedule on-site and coordinate daily trade sequences.
• Lay out and verify the structural shell against plans and codes on site.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain an orderly jobsite.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks with county inspectors.
• Verify material deliveries, manage on-site inventory, and document progress.
