LumaNation Electric is seeking a Commercial Electrical Service Manager in Prosper, Texas. You will lead the commercial service division, bridging high-level operations and field leadership to scale service systems and profitably grow the business.

You will mentor technicians, optimize profitability, and shape the company’s future while establishing robust service processes and exceptional client service. Hybrid ownership and strategic growth await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License.
• 8+ years of professional electrical experience in commercial installations.
• Ability to operate a service vehicle and perform field diagnostics during onboarding.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve operational emergencies.
• Experience providing quotes and proposals on service projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily dispatching, scheduling, and deployment of service technicians to optimize response times.
• Diagnose complex commercial electrical failures during onboarding to evaluate field workflow inefficiencies.
• Formulate accurate service quotes, time-and-material estimates, and standardized pricing metrics to protect margins.
• Maximize divisional profitability by auditing labor rates, truck inventory levels, and material controls.
• Cultivate long‑term client relationships to expand recurring service agreements.
• Review service division profit and loss statements to drive data-backed operational adjustments.
• Instill accountability, professionalism, and technical mastery across the field team.
