LumaNation Electric is seeking a Service Technician – Lead Commercial Electrical Service and EV Charging Solutions in Frisco, TX. You will lead daily commercial service work, diagnose complex electrical issues, and deliver top-tier technical solutions across the DFW region.

The role focuses on commercial service with some residential work, requiring a Texas Journeyman license (or advanced Apprentice) and a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of professional electrical experience focused on commercial service work.
• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License or advanced Apprentice License with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong diagnostic skills across commercial electrical distribution, panels, and lighting systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate a company service vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical faults and perform high-quality commercial service repairs in active client facilities.
• Install and maintain commercial electrical distribution systems, lighting, power controls, and EV charging infrastructure.
• Execute time-and-material service calls with efficiency, ensuring jobsite safety and NEC compliance.
• Communicate professionally with facility managers, business owners, and property leaders to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Manage service vehicle inventory, tools, and material stock to maintain high readiness.
• Document accurate field service reports, work orders, and billing details upon completion.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Demonstrated experience handling customer-facing commercial service calls with strong communication skills.


• Proficiency using digital dispatch and field management software platforms.
