Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial environments.
Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License and a valid driver's license.
Ability to read basic schematics, NEC knowledge, and jobsite safety.
Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in active field environments.

Responsibilities

Assist licensed Journeymen with installing commercial conduit, wiring, and electrical distribution equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by following all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment with precision and care.
Prepare wire pulls, junction boxes, and panel terminations under direct field supervision.
Inspect incoming project materials and tools to ensure the jobsite remains fully stocked and efficient.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to representing company values.
