LumaNation Electric is seeking a Licensed Lead Electrician to direct large-scale commercial electrical and control installations in the Dallas area. You will mentor and guide 8–15 electricians, ensuring top-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Required Texas Journeyman or Master license and 5+ years of leadership in commercial electrical projects. The role offers a growth-focused environment with support from a committed leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license or Texas Master Electrician license.
• 5 years of leadership experience in commercial electrical field.
• Ability to lead large crews (8–15 electricians).
• Proficient in reading detailed project drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor field crews of 8–15 electricians to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage daily field work aligned with project plans and safety protocols.
• Coordinate complex daily tasks and delegate to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate daily field reports and safety meeting documentation.
• Resolve on-site technical and logistical issues to prevent delays or hazards.
• Act as the primary field representative reflecting company values.
