Tri-City Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee multiple large electrical projects in Florida. You will plan, schedule, adjust, and maintain timelines while maximizing resources and budgets.

Qualified candidates have 9+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects over $10M, strong NEC knowledge, and familiarity with Accubid and Bluebeam. Florida license and OSHA 10 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects over $10M
• Intermediate knowledge of Local and National Electrical Code
• Experience with contract documents and change orders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Excellent budgeting, cost codes, and forecasting
• Florida driver’s license in good standing
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large projects, plan, schedule, and budget timelines
• Define project scope, assign roles, and set team goals
• Develop budgets, subcontracts, and procurement plans
• Prepare layouts, drawings, and material requirements
• Coordinate with General Contractor and sub-contractors
• Monitor project costs, progress, and cash flow
• Lead project meetings and status reporting
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Maintain vendor relationships and customer communication
• Close out projects with proper documentation and turnover
