Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Florida is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead complex commercial and multifamily projects across Jacksonville, Tampa and Orlando. You will drive strategy, staffing, procurement and milestone commitments while owning financial forecasts and margins.

You will coach PMs and coordinate with superintendents to ensure tight field execution, address scope changes, and maintain high-quality turnover.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical project management experience preferred, including senior delivery responsibility.
• Demonstrated success on larger commercial and/or multifamily electrical projects.
• Strong financial forecasting, contract negotiation and risk management skills.
• Experience mentoring PMs or coordinating multiple project teams.
• Ability to explain electrical scope values, peak staffing and individual financial responsibility.
• Proficiency with project management and job-cost reporting tools; degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an agreed Florida market and visit assigned project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical projects or an assigned portfolio from preconstruction through closeout.
• Review project strategy, staffing plans, procurement and milestone commitments.
• Own financial forecasts, cost-to-complete reviews, billing plans and margin recovery actions.
• Coach PMs and APMs, partnering with superintendents to manage field execution.
• Negotiate scope changes and address contract, schedule and client issues.
• Monitor labor performance and coordinate resources across concurrent project phases.
• Strengthen turnover processes, quality planning and lessons learned across project teams.
