Job summary

D&L Electric Company, Inc is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead power and control installations in Houston. You will guide daily field operations, mentor crews, and own project quality, safety, and productivity on commercial sites.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license, 7+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. You will coordinate schedules, manage materials, and enforce NEC standards to deliver reliable electrical solutions for a family-owned company.

Qualifications

7+ years of field experience on commercial electrical projects.
Journeyman Electrician license and valid driver's license.
Strong knowledge of NEC standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead, delegate, and inspect daily field installations per NEC and company standards.
Coordinate schedules, material orders, and equipment rentals with PMs and GCs.
Maintain project docs including JSA records, look-ahead schedules, and voltage reports.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct daily briefings, and stop-work when needed.
Oversee material staging, raceways, and tool storage to ensure efficiency.
Review blueprints and submittals; resolve discrepancies via RFIs.
