Job summary
D&L Electric Company, Inc is seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead power and control installations in Houston. You will direct field operations, mentor crews, and ensure NEC compliance.
The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license, a valid driver's license, seven years of commercial electrical experience, and proficiency with basic digital tools.

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Seven years of commercial electrical experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong NEC knowledge.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools including email and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead, delegate, and inspect daily field installations for NEC compliance.
- Coordinate work schedules, material orders, and equipment rentals.
- Maintain project documentation including JSA records, sign-in sheets, and schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily briefings; use stop-work authority when needed.
- Oversee material staging, raceways, and tool storage to prevent theft.
- Review blueprints and submittals to resolve discrepancies via the RFI process.
