D&L Electric Company, Inc is hiring an Apprentice Electrician for commercial power and controls installation in Houston, TX. You will work alongside Journeymen and Foremen to gain hands-on field experience and learn NEC standards.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License.
• Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
• Possession of basic personal hand tools required for everyday electrical trade work.
• Physical ability to work from ladders and MEWPs at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Install underground PVC conduit per NEC guidelines.
• Measure, bend, and run EMT conduit with basic fittings.
• Route, push, and pull fish tapes and wire feeders across circuits from #12 AWG to 750 KCMIL.
• Install commercial devices, switches, receptacles, and low‑voltage lighting controls.
• Terminate power equipment including main panels, dry‑type transformers, and disconnects.
• Support work at height on ladders and MEWPs up to 40 feet or higher.
