You will manage safety planning, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and cost controls while maintaining client relations and ensuring compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Insulated Metal Panels or Single Skin Panels is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Science (or equivalent experience) and OSHA certification are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and contribute to proactive safety planning.
• Coordinate and manage punch lists, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Build and manage project schedules with field supervision; control costs and profitability.
• Support subcontractor buyout, contracts, and performance; maintain client relations.
