Job summary

Method Search Consultants seeks a Construction Project Manager to drive safe, efficient project delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination with field teams to ensure profitability and timely completion.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, accurate cost control, and strong communication with clients and subcontractors. OSHA certification and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management are preferred, with 3–5 years’ experience in construction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management (5 years preferred).
• Ability to read plans, specs, and scopes of work.
• OSHA certification is required or expected.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and guide projects to optimal outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Build and manage project schedules with field supervision.
• Oversee labor control and profitability.
• Coordinate warranties, O&M docs, and vendor selections.
• Support subcontractor buyout and contract management.
• Maintain accurate job cost through monthly FAWs.
