Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. in Cary, NC seeks a Commercial Drywall Foreman to lead field operations on site. You will preplan, organize, track and audit daily drywall work, coordinating with general contractors and customers to ensure quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has five years of commercial drywall experience, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and comfort using tablets and mobile devices to document progress and labor usage. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of commercial drywall experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with General Contractors and customers.
• Promotes safety, quality and customer service.
• Wollows organized plan and audits labor and materials daily.
• Punctual, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Preplan, organize, track and audit day-to-day field operations.
• Manage workforce, evaluate performance, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Prepare job progress reports: completion, materials, labor usage.
• Communicate execution plan to crew and supervisors.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Ensure time sheets and attendance are accurate and timely.
