Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of commercial drywall and metal framing estimating experience.
• Experience estimating multimillion-dollar commercial projects.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or comparable estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for drywall and metal framing.
• Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations.
• Manage multiple bidding opportunities and deadlines.
• Review drawings and project requirements.
• Evaluate costs and project profitability.
• Support bid strategy with ownership and operations.
• Develop relationships with general contractors.
• Help maintain backlog of profitable projects.
