• Established network in commercial real estate, architecture/design, or adjacent industry.
• Track record of closing referral-based or relationship-driven business.
• Comfort operating with business owners and senior executives as peers.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to growing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-level relationships across CRE brokers, management firms, architecture/design firms, and GCs.
• Shape how CultureSpace is positioned and perceived in the market.
• Direct impact on CultureSpace growth through a funded pipeline feeding design and delivery teams.
• Represent the company at industry and community events as a recognized brand.
