Job summary

CultureSpace, a commercial workplace design and furniture company, is expanding its Dallas-based business development leadership. We seek an already-connected, senior Workplace Consultant to manage relationships with CRE brokers, architecture/design firms, GCs, and C-suite decision-makers.

You'll own the relationship development, shape how CultureSpace is positioned, and drive growth through an uncapped commission structure backed by four Texas showrooms and decades of delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Established network in commercial real estate, architecture/design, or closely adjacent industry.
• Track record of closing referral-based or relationship-driven business.
• Comfort operating with business owners and senior executives as peers.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to growing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Executive-level relationship development across CRE brokerages, CRE management firms, architecture/design firms, and commercial general contractors.
• Directly influence how CultureSpace is positioned and perceived in the market.
• Direct impact on CultureSpace growth.
• Build and control a pipeline feeding into design and project delivery teams.
• Represent the company at industry and community levels as a recognized brand.
