Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with commercial lending (C&I) and capital markets.
• Knowledge of banking policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze the commercial portfolio.
• Ensure timely risk identification with high-quality underwriting.
• Mentor junior Underwriting Portfolio Managers.
• Lead complex transactions including syndications and Middle Market relationships.
• Present credit actions in written analysis and to committees.
• Ensure portfolio reviews meet KPIs/KRIs and regulatory standards.
