Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• Strong underwriting knowledge for commercial lending.
• Solid understanding of banking policies and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze an assigned commercial portfolio.
• Ensure timely risk identification and accurate underwriting.
• Mentor junior portfolio managers and support relationships with RMs.
• Present credit actions in written analyses and meetings.
• Maintain KPIs/KRIs and compliance with risk appetite and regs.
• Collaborate on group-wide process improvements and policy adherence.
