Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Enhanced Channel Underwriter to manage credit underwriting and monitoring for a portfolio of clients with limited to moderate complexity. You will independently conduct analyses, structure loan terms, and collaborate with Relationship Management and Risk teams to ensure policy compliance and sound decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid Commercial Banking underwriting experience (Business Banking, Middle Market, Leverage Finance, etc.).
• Experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of clients supporting underwriting and/or monitoring requirements with limited to moderate complexity.
• Independently works with Relationship Management, and Risk teammates to understand structuring needs and requirements.
• Delivers financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analyses to support loan decisions.
