• Familiarity with CRA, Reg B & HMDA and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with financial statement spreading systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of borrower and guarantor financials to assess risk.
• Reconcile financial data to relevant industry standards.
• Prepare internal reports and board summaries on loan portfolios.
• Coordinate with Credit Committee and stakeholders throughout transactions.
• Maintain loan files and ensure timely updates to records.
• Support regulatory reporting and CRA-related activities.
