Review draft loan/advance agreements for accuracy and completeness.* **Deal Structure:** Review JM&A customer relationship profit models, available collateral, and financial position to propose loan/advance structures that enhance relationship profitability while also ensuring adequate repayment capacity to mitigate risk. Frequent collaboration with the field sales team.* **Credit Committee Presentation:** Prepare and present comprehensive credit request packages for approval. Meeting attendees include senior leadership team, sales, acquisition, and legal associates.* **Portfolio Management:** Monitor performance of loans/advances once booked and collaborate with field sales team to ensure that relationships are performing as expected. Maintain a dynamic lending portfolio dashboard.* **Process Improvement:** Increase productivity and efficiency by automating workflows, improving data integration, and developing standardized and customized reports, dashboards, and tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA a plus.* 5+ years of experience in commercial financial analysis and underwriting; automotive experience a plus.* Solid problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity to explore data and uncover insights.* Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.* Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
