HP, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial to support HP’s North American commercial sales transactions across Hardware, Software, and Services. This role reports to the PSCO Legal team and is an individual contributor position that collaborates with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a JD, active bar membership in any US state or DC, and 10+ years of experience in commercial contracts. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of commercial contracts and related law.
• Experience representing a major IT company is a plus.
• Strong communication and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for HP's US and Canada commercial portfolios (Hardware, Software, Services).
• Draft and negotiate contract terms.
• Manage escalations and advise on risk to enable business decisions.
• Lead trainings on designated legal topics.
