Active bar membership in any of the fifty states or DC.
10+ years of experience in commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

Provide legal expertise in support of HP Inc. portfolio for US and Canada commercial customers (Hardware, Software, Services).
Resolve complex legal issues and manage escalations within policies.
Draft and negotiate contract terms; advise on risk and business impact.
Lead or assist with resolution of contract disputes with customers.
Plan and deliver internal training on designated legal topics.
