Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal Team. This remote role reports to the General Counsel and focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements across SaaS, strategic transactions, and vendor contracts while supporting channel partner programs.

The role requires hands-on legal leadership with experience advising on complex matters in an international corporate setting and a strong background in SaaS and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 8+ years of substantive legal experience in an international corporate environment.
• SaaS and channel partner program experience required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS, vendor contracts and strategic transactions.
• Lead channel partner support activities and partner programs.
• Advise on complex legal matters and strategic initiatives for the business.
