Job summary

OPSWAT, a leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel in Tampa Bay or fully remote in the US. You will own complex commercial negotiations with major customers and help shape the legal foundation for rapid growth.

You’ll partner with sales, product, and executive leadership to deliver practical, business-focused guidance while staying ahead of evolving regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience in commercial transactions, in-house and/or at a law firm, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Track record of closing complex deals with large, regulated organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value commercial negotiations — SaaS, OEM, MSAs, enterprise, channel, and professional services deals.
• Partner with sales, product, revenue operations, procurement, and leadership on fast-growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain commercial playbooks and templates to accelerate deal speed and consistency.
