Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel to own commercial legal matters and negotiate complex SaaS and technology agreements. You will collaborate with sales, partners, privacy, and product teams to ensure risk-aligned, business-savvy guidance in a fast-growing company.

The role requires a US-licensed attorney with 10+ years in law firms and in-house, and a strong track record in strategic contracts and DPAs. Base salary reflects US location and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR a plus) and DPAs; CIPP a plus.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of commercial legal matters and strategic initiatives from start to finish.
• Negotiate complex, high-value agreements with customers and partners.
• Lead senior-level commercial and legal discussions with executive stakeholders.
• Provide business-focused legal advice on commercial, privacy, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Adapt playbooks based on risk analysis and business needs.
• Collaborate with revenue, sales, product, privacy, and other teams to align with policies.
• Drive internal legal initiatives and cross-functional projects.
