Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of relevant legal experience at a top-ranked law firm or in-house at a high-growth tech company.
• J.D. from a top accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• Proven ability to independently draft and lead negotiations for complex AI/robotics/licensing agreements.
• Ability to articulate complex legal issues clearly to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic negotiations for global data center capacity, AI infrastructure, and technology licenses.
• Define legal strategy for AI training data, data ownership, and privacy across jurisdictions.
• Lead manufacturing, distribution, and vendor agreements, navigating international trade and supply chains.
• Provide cross-functional legal counsel on partnerships, IP, and regulatory matters as needed.
