Qualifications

• JD from an accredited institution and active bar membership.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally a combination of in‑house and law firm roles.
• Expertise in commercial contract negotiation, drafting, and privacy regulations (CCPA, privacy breach laws).

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and provide strategic legal advice across Marketing, IT, Finance, and Digital/Omnichannel teams.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements (SaaS, vendor, Master Service Agreements, marketing agreements).
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and standardized processes; drive workflow efficiency.
• Manage privacy, data governance, AI governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives company‑wide.
• Advise on social media, advertising, and consumer protection; support marketing promotions and sponsorships.
• Oversee litigation management and coordinate with outside counsel; provide General Counsel support.
