Job summary

Rack Room Shoes Home Office seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to define and drive the enterprise program, aligning security with business goals while partnering with CIO and executive teams. You will own governance, risk management, incident response, and security operations across retail and ecommerce environments.

You will lead PCI DSS compliance efforts, manage security architecture, and guide investment decisions to protect customers, associates, and data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity, information security, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership managing cybersecurity teams, programs, budgets, and initiatives.
• Experience operating in regulated environments including PCI DSS.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise cybersecurity program and strategy.
• Provide executive-level reporting on risk, posture, and investments.
