Strong expertise in commercial contracts, privacy, and data protection.
Experience negotiating DPAs, SaaS, and cloud contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations and advise cross-functional teams on commercial contracts.
Provide privacy, data protection, and regulatory guidance for technology initiatives.
Draft, negotiate, and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
Manage outside counsel relationships and litigation support as needed.
Support marketing promotions, digital compliance, and privacy considerations.
