Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with commercial contracts/transactions experience.
• 4+ years PQE (or equivalent) in relevant field.
• Experience advising on commercial and technology law internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating domestic and cross-border commercial contracts (technology, SaaS, IP, data protection).
• Advise on procurement, licensing, and IT agreements.
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with compliance, disputes and corporate teams.
