Cohere Health is seeking a dynamic Commercial Counsel to support its Growth team with end-to-end contract work, including customer and partner negotiations. You will partner across Legal, Finance, Product, Sales, and HR, provide practical legal guidance, and help scale commercial processes and governance for AI-related offerings.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience, including law firm and in-house.
• Proven ability to manage a wide range of legal matters and balance risk with business objectives.
• Strong track record of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly in the technology space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide transactional and commercial counsel supporting the product offering to health insurer customers and commercial partners.
• Lead commercial contracting efforts by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, marketing, partnership, licensing, NDA, and SaaS agreements, focusing on sales transactions.
• Help build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, policies and processes to improve efficiency and manage risk.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and HR to provide practical legal guidance that accelerates business objectives.
