Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a dynamic commercial attorney with deep experience in consumer electronics to support the Home Entertainment and Digital Appliances businesses in the U.S.

You will partner with product, sales and marketing teams to draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, licenses and channel contracts while identifying legal risks early. The role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to manage disputes and regulatory

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 8-10 years of legal practice with consumer electronics, home appliances, or ecommerce experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and revising sophisticated commercial terms with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including retail, B2B, service contracts, and licenses.
• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks affecting ecommerce, CPG, and channel strategies.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
