You will advise on complex commercial matters, negotiate strategic transactions, draft contracting templates, and guide governance, with focus on technology, hardware, manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, and cross-functional resilience.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to at least one U.S. bar.
• 10+ years of legal experience with significant commercial contracting and negotiation expertise.
• Experience in technology, hardware, manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and advise on a wide range of strategic customer and commercial transactions.
• Support governance, compliance, and control-related matters in a public company context.
• Develop legal templates and contracting frameworks; improve internal processes.
