Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to lead the commercial and contractual management of engineering, supply, and construction contracts for the Blue Point Project. You will drive sourcing strategies, manage the full contract lifecycle, and advise leadership on compliance, risks, and value creation.

You will maintain critical supplier relationships, guide procurement initiatives, and collaborate with legal teams to craft frameworks that support execution and stakeholder value

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategies for engineering, supply, and construction contractors.
• Leads supplier selection, bid events, and negotiation with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with project objectives, cost control, delivery schedules, and risk management.
• Provides commercial guidance and manages contract administration, change orders, and claims mitigation.
• Partners with internal and external legal counsel to develop risk-allocated contractual frameworks.
